Couplet care means two patients per room, so the sheet has to hold mother and baby together. The systems row is replaced with fundus and lochia, perineum, baby feeds and voids and stools, and a delivery box captures G/P, delivery type, EBL and feeding method.
4 patients per letter-size page. This is a live render of what the generator produces, not a picture of one.
Who it's for: Postpartum, mother-baby, couplet care and nursery nurses.
Nothing here is fixed. Open it in the editor and you can rename any label, drag boxes to resize or reorder them, change what a box holds (ruled lines, a checklist, write-in fields, a table, or a med times table), add sections from a library, and switch between 1 and 6 patients per page. Print to PDF or straight to paper, portrait or landscape.

Yes. This example shows 4 per page, and you can set anywhere from 1 to 6. The layout re-flows so the boxes stay writable at every count.
Yes. Print this page directly and you get the sheet on its own, or open it in the editor first to change it. It is sized for standard US letter paper.
A brain sheet, also called a nurse report sheet, is the page a nurse fills in during handoff and carries all shift to track each patient's diagnosis, meds, labs, lines and tasks.
Both names describe the same page. Nurses say brain sheet, report sheet, and cheat sheet interchangeably, so a mother baby nurse report sheet, a postpartum nursing brain sheet, and a couplet care report sheet template are all this: one sheet you fill in at handoff and carry through the shift.
